I think we all just want to feel better and happier in our lives. I know that's what I want. Sometimes we just need someone to help navigate that. I have healed, and in some ways still on the healing journey from IBS, Chronic Fatigue, EBV, Shingles, adult acne, overall immune health, a narcissistic relationship, and trying to find happiness. The things that have helped me tremendously is eating a plant based diet, yoga and stretching my body, continual work forging a healthy relationship with myself, and figuring out what lights me up. I know that I have gone through all of this for a reason...to help others who may be struggling with the same things. It takes strength and courage to show up fully for your life and I want to help you do just that!

I have found that a combination of moving your body, making dietary changes of a plant based diet, having a spiritual foundation, doing more of the things that make you happy, and getting out of situations that are keeping you from being your best self are all crucial in the healing process. Also, talking to a healer, coach, or a good friend to help steer you in the right direction can be huge along the healing journey.

Reiki is a healing practice that began in Japan and has been used as an alternative healing practice by many people all over the world. It is facilitated by light touch and is based on the idea that we all have “life force energy”.
Throughout our lifetime, with all of its stresses, fears, loss, heartbreaks, diseases, worries, illnesses, aches, pains, and just life happening, our “life force energy” becomes out of balance. This causes many stress related symptoms such as:
